The curing process is in barrels bringing the wine gorgeous aging qualities and can be a kept for a long time.
Yellow pale colour, nearly transparent with turquoise rim.
Sweet smell of tropical fruits like passion fruit, roasted pineapple and hints of apricot jam and recently baked croissant.
On the pallet of the mouth this has a fleshy taste, with great volume and sourness. The after taste is of apricot and sweet toasted of cakes.
